DTN COMMENTS:  All is quiet in cattle feeding country at midday with bids 
and asking prices not established. Significant trade volume will likely 
be delayed until much later in the week. 

Beef cutouts are higher at midday, especially on choice product (choice 
397.62 +6.33, select 387.40 +3.78), with light to moderate box movement 
(30.50 lds of choice cuts, 3.82 lds of select cuts, 3.27 lds of trim, and 
6.66 lds of ground). Cattle futures near the top of the noon hour are 
sharply higher on both live and feeder contracts.
