Compared to last Friday, All reported trades of hay steady.
Trade remains slow.
Demand remains light for export and domestic  markets.
Retail hay remains in good demand.
Trade sources indicate that some Pacific rim countries are reducing the 
amount of tonnage they plan to import this year from last year's levels.
The WA Dept of ecology has declared a drought emergency on Tuesday, 
anticipating 
low streams and rivers this summer due to a small snowpack.
WA state snowpack was reported to be at 63% of normal as of Tuesday.
