Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.
Boxed beef cutout values weak on Choice and higher on Select on light to
moderate demand and offerings. Choice and Select rib and chuck cuts steady to
firm while round cuts steady to weak. Choice loin cuts weak while Select firm. 
Beef trimmings unevenly steady on light demand and offerings.

to moderate. The New York shell egg inventory is 18% lower than last Monday. 
Offerings are mostly light to moderate. Retail and distributive demand is
mixed, mostly moderate. Market activity is moderate.
